Each Project <br />Manager shall have decision making authority and be the central point -of -contact within their <br />respective organization. <br />5.1.1.2 S&S Project Management activities will be carried out both onsite and remotely. <br />5.1.1.3 Project Management is comprised of the following responsibilities and associated <br />activities: Scope Management, Change Management, Resource Management, Communication <br />Management, Issue Management, and Relationship Management. <br />5.1.2 Executive Sponsor <br />5.1.2.1 S&S will assign an Executive Sponsor for the duration of this project. The <br />Customer must also assign an Executive Sponsor. This ensures the needs of all parties are <br />being met. Executive Sponsors shall interact and/or meet on a mutually agreed upon basis and <br />may engage on any type of issue. <br />5.1.3 Project Team <br />5.1.3.1 Both S&S and the Customer will be responsible for assigning a Project Team of <br />qualified resources to cover all aspects of the project, including but not limited to Project <br />Proprietary & Confidential January 27, 2020 Page 9 of 37 <br />
