Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2019-05 <br />March 17, 2020 <br />Page 7 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />As part of the City's permitting process, the proposed project is required to undergo an environmental <br />review in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). In accordance with the <br />CEQA, the recommended action is exempt from CEQA per Section 15282(h).
