This Order is made and entered into as of the date of Customer and 1-1 igh <br />Line signature on this Amendment (the "Effective Date'). Neither Customer nor High Line will be bound by this Amendment <br />until it has been signed by its authorized representative. This Amendment may not be modified or amended except through a <br />written instrument signed by the parties. <br />7. Where the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement conflict with this Amendment, this Amendment shall prevail.
