SUPPL,EMENT'TO CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE DATE <br />1 03/28/2020 <br />NAMEOFINSU'RED: National Corrosion <br />The General Liability, and Auto Liability policies includes a blanket additional insured endorsement that provides <br />additional insured status to the certificate holder only when there is a written contract between the named insure <br />and the certificate holder that requires such status, per policy terms and conditions. <br />The General Liability policy includes a blanket additional insured endorsement that provides additional insured <br />status, including completed and ongoing operations coverage, to the certificate holder only when there is a writ <br />contract between the named insured and the certificate holder that requires such status <br />Such insurance as is afforded by this policy shall be primary, and any insurance carried by City shall be excess <br />noncontributory. <br />The General Liability, Auto Liability, and Workers Compensation policies includes a blanket Waiver of Subrogation <br />endorsement in favor of the certificate holder as required by written contract with the insured, per policy terms <br />and conditions. <br />Certificate of insurance shall provide thirty (30) day prior written notice of cancellation. <br />REVIEWED & APPROVED <br />By Risk MANACIEMENr DivisbNi <br />
