The personnel <br />submissions forthis project are locally based out of Los Alamitos, CA, and will have an active role in the <br />execution of this project. Two of the personnel are NACE certified CP Specialists, Mr. Emmanuel and <br />Mr. Lea -Wilson. They will be directly involved in all aspects of operations. This level of direct local <br />expertise will ensure that the city receives the best possible consultation of the subject facilities.
