("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter <br />city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State <br />of California ('City"). <br />c <br />RECITALS <br />N <br />O <br />A. The Parties entered into Agreement No. A-2018-095, dated April 3, 2018, by which <br />Contractor agreed to evaluate models of LED fixtures identified by City and thereafter <br />furnish and install such fixtures, as selected by City, for streetlight upgrades ("Agreement"). <br />The Agreement was subsequently transferred to Siemens Mobility, hic. <br />B. The Agreement remains in effect through April 2, 2020, and the parties now wish to extend <br />the term of the Agreement through December 31, 2020 in order to complete additional services <br />in the newly annexed area of Santa Ana. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 3, Term, is amended to extend the term of the Agreement through December 31, 2020. <br />2.
