Such written notices, demands and communications may be sent in the same manner to such <br />other addresses as either party may from time to time designate by mail as provided in this <br />paragraph tS. <br />lb. This written Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain all the representations and <br />the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof Any prior <br />correspondence, memoranda or agreements are superseded in total by this Agreement and the <br />Exhibits hereto. The provisions of this Agreement shall be construed as a whole according to their <br />common meaning and not strictly for or against any party. <br />17. Each Exhibit mentioned in this document is incorporated herein by this reference. <br />18. This Agreement may be amended only by the mutual consent of SANTA ANA, <br />ORANGE and VISTA DEL RIO.
