Michael Baker <br />International, Inc. (Michael Baker) has assembled an exceptionally qualified team ready to deliver quality <br />services to help the City make progress on its Capital Improvement Program. Our team includes key <br />personnel who have been performing CM/CII services in Orange County for more than two decades. <br />Michael Baker understands the City and its policies, procedures and operations and is pleased to present <br />the attached proposal to provide Water Resources Construction Management and Inspection Services. <br />Michael Baker offers the combined resources of more than 90 offices and over 3,000 professionals, with <br />more than $1.2 billion in annual revenue. <br />The comprehensive technical expertise of our team positions Michael Baker to service all aspects of the <br />anticipated scope of work in-house. Our team has a depth of resources available to staff multiple concurrent <br />task orders and deliver short turn -around requests.
