On -Call CM/I <br />We have carefully reviewed the form Agreement provided in Attachment 2 of the RFP and concur <br />with all provisions contained within the Agreement. AKM is prepared to execute the Agreement as <br />written upon request from the City. <br />Stated in the RFP, this proposal is to be 10 double sided pages, excluding forms and resumes. <br />However, do to being submitted online, our proposal is 20 pages. It is AKM Consulting Engineer's <br />intent for our proposal to be printed out as 10 double sided pages. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to submit our proposal and look forward to serve the City of Santa Ana <br />in completing construction management and inspection projects.
