5. In-house calculation and design checklist templates. To facilitate engineering thoroughness, standard <br />calculation procedures documented in AVWVA manuals and other engineering references have been <br />automated through Excel spreadsheets to enable our engineers to promptly quantify safety factors against <br />many engineering failure modes. The calculation templates also produce job -specific, quality -control checklists <br />we use to monitor conformance of Contract Documents to industry standards and your expectations. <br />6. Two -engineer rule. To bring a team approach to problem -solving and avoid the danger of blind spots, our <br />engineering deliverables are reviewed by two licensed engineers to assure a second set of eyes reviews all <br />work. <br />Afflh GING R <br />NV5 will meet with the City Project Manager regularly and remain in constant communication to assure <br />successful and timely delivery of the project. Meeting agendas will be distributed at least two working days <br />before each meeting.
