On -Call Water Resources Engineering Services RFP NO.: 19-100 Kimley-Horn is well equipped to be responsive to the City's needs on this on -call contract. Our experienced team works with local utility, engineering, and public works departments nationwide to provide a multitude of on -call engineering services.
