He <br />Urban and Regional <br />brings to the project a diverse range of skills, including policy analysis, <br />Planning, California State <br />policy development, and urban design. His experience includes projects <br />Polytechnic University, <br />involving comprehensive planning, local government policy, land use, <br />Pomona, 1996 <br />parks and recreation planning, and grant writing. Most recently, he <br />authored a number of planning grants for local governments equating <br />• American Institute <br />to approximately $3.5 million in grant awards. Successful grant awards <br />of Certified Planners <br />were based upon the development of precursor policies through General <br />#136746 <br />Plans, Specific Plans, and Master Plans. Dave also is accomplished in <br />Professional Affiliations <br />providing community engagement to guide in the development of public <br />• American Planning <br />policy.
