Mileage, Travel and Per Diem <br />Auto Mileage: IRS Rate plus 15 percent <br />Air Travel and Auto Rental: Actual cost plus 15 percent <br />Per Diem: Actual cost of lodging and meals, plus 15 percent <br />3. Materials and Supplies <br />Office and CADD supplies are included in the hourly rates. Prints, plots and reproductions are charged at cost <br />plus 15 percent from commercial blueprint companies. Reimbursable Expenses <br />Will be billed at cost plus 15 percent. Client will pay directly for all permit and agency fees; otherwise cost plus <br />15%. Subconsuftant invoices will be billed at cost plus 15%. <br />5.
