This daily patrol will be performed by a uniformed <br />parking employee driving a utility vehicle that will be signed to identify it as a part of the One <br />Broadway Plaza Management. The areas to be patrolled will be marked on a grid map of the <br />streets surrounding One Broadway Plaza. <br />T-20 The project developer shall provide pedestrian access around the project site during project <br />construction activities and post appropriate signs around the site directing pedestrians to use <br />the sidewalks across the street from the project site. Permanent sidewalks shall be installed <br />around the project site to provide for pedestrians access to the site. <br />T-21 Prior to approval of the project plans, the project proponent will file a Notice of Proposed <br />Construction or Alteration with the FAA.
