I. INTRODUCTION <br />The purpose of this report is to compare the current entitled water and wastewater <br />demands for the reuse project titled One Broadway Plaza located at loth & Broadway in <br />Santa Ana to the proposed revised entitled condition's water and wastewater demands. <br />The current entitled project does not include a residential component and the proposed <br />revised entitled project will include residential units. Multiple documents and data were <br />reviewed in preparation of this comparison that included: Final Environmental Impact <br />Report for One Broadway Plaza, City of Santa Ana Water and Sewer Design Guidelines, <br />City of Santa Ana Transit Zoning Code EIR, the City of Santa Ana Water Master Plan, the <br />City of Santa Ana Sewer Master Plan and regional generation factors. <br />75A-271 <br />
