And I do not agree that the initiative by the City Council pursuant to Section 6 of Article X11 D of the California Constitution (Proposition 228) with the increase in rates of garbage sidewalk carts from the 1st. July 2020 for $ 1.90 and again another increase on the 1st. July 2021 for $ 1.50 REGARDLESS of annual cost of living increases. I am a low-income citizen and I WILL NEVER APPROVE this increase because my income is not enough for more rate increases, finally the conditions in which the 3 GARBAGE carts # T95 027871, RECYCLING # R65 000089, GREEN # 960 16674 are deplorable They should first take a tour and replace all broken and spoiled containers or carts (as well as mine) before thinking about wanting to increase rates. (I GIVE 30 DAYS FOR MY CARS TO BE REPLACED) and if not, I will post the photos on Facebook so that all the people of Orange County see that they should not increase anything and change the containers in poor condition. Y no estoy de acuerdo que la iniciativa pore] Consejo Municipal conforme a la Seccion 6 del Articulo X11 D de la Constitu cidn de California (Proposicion 228) con el aumento en las tarifas de carritos de acera de la basura del 10. de Julio 2020 p or $1.90 y nuevamente otro aumento el 10. de Julio de 2021 por $1.50 INDEPENDIENTEMENTE de los aumentos anuales por el costo de vida. Soy un ciudadano de bajos ingresos y NUNCA APROBARE ese aumento porque no me alcanza mi ingrteso para mas aume ntos de tarifas, por ultimo es deplorable las condiciones en que los 3 carritos BASURA # T95 027871, RECICLAJE # R65 00 0089, VERDE # 96016674 Primero deberian hacer un recorrido y reemplazar todos los contenedorers o carritos rotos y en mal estado, (asi como to s mios) antes de pensar en querer aumentar las tarifas. (DOY 30 DIAS PARA QUE REEMPLACEN MIS CARRITOS) y sino voy a publicar las fotos en Facebook para que toda la gente del Condado de Orange vea que no deben aumentar nada y cam biar los contenedores en mal estado.
