I reside at:
3929 W. 5th St., Spc 101
Santa Ana, CA 92703
I am writing to register an objection to the proposed rate increases.
In short, I am on a fixed income with no savings or other income. Many people are in the same position as I.
While everyone continues to raise rates on utilities, housing, food, taxes, gas, etc. (repeatedly and annually), our income
does not go up and it is nearly impossible to make ends meet. I am constantly juggling, making adjustments and
decisions on whether to buy food, medications, bills or pay other expenses. God forbid that I should have an emergency
as I would not be able to pay for it.
When will people understand that you just cannot continue raising rates on everything before something breaks?
Perhaps companies should learn to manage and live within a budget like we have to and forego some small portion of
profits.
People should be considered a more valuable asset than the "almighty dollar".
Thank you for your listening and for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Donna Shelden
Sent from my iPhone
