He <br />Urban and Regional <br />brings to the project a diverse range of skills, including policy analysis, <br />Planning, California State <br />policy development, and urban design. His experience includes projects <br />Polytechnic University, <br />involving comprehensive planning, local government policy, land use, <br />Pomona, 1996 <br />parks and recreation planning, and grant writing.
