He has completed <br />B.A. Mathematics <br />surveying projects in California, Nevada and Wisconsin, and his expertise <br />includes hundreds of boundary retracements, many involving the Public Land <br />LICENSES <br />Survey System, GPS surveying, map and ALTA production, and construction <br />Professional Land <br />surveying. He also has performed many topographic surveys by photogrammetric <br />Surveyors Association <br />methods, as well as by field collection methods. <br />(CLSA) <br />Member, International <br />Project Experience <br />Right-of-Way Association <br />.................................................................................................................................................................................... . <br />As -Needed Surveying <br />AVAILABILITY <br />30% <br />SAN DIEGO GAS & ELECTRIC I SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA <br />Project Manager for as -needed surveying contract and right-of-way engineering <br />services performing approximately 600-700 task assignments annually for <br />SDG&E Land Services Department. Tasks typically include easement alignment <br />surveys for natural gas and electric transmission lines and distribution <br />lines. Work products include boundary surveys, topographic surveys, aerial <br />topographic surveys, centerline profiles, easement/right-of-way map exhibits <br />and construction layout surveys. The work also included preparation of plats <br />and legal descriptions for easement acquisition. Three types of easement <br />documents were prepared: 1) Dated Docs which were typically prepared for <br />development projects and granted easements to SDG&E over facilities to be <br />built prior to a specific date, 2) "Exhibit A" docs which contained a non -surveyed <br />sketch of the proposed easement and 3) Surveyed "Metes and Bounds" plats <br />and legals which precisely identified the easements to be acquired and tied <br />them to recoverable survey monuments for accurate future retracement. <br />Sunrise Powerlink <br />SDG&E I SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA <br />Project Manager. Mr. Golding served as Project Manager for survey and <br />acquisition drawings for approximately 138 miles of new transmission <br />corridors through San Diego County. The project included the subdivision of <br />approximately 86 sections through 20 townships. Field crews recovered more <br />than 100 GLO/BLM monuments, many from the surveys performed in the <br />1880s. ALTA surveys were performed on mitigation properties purchased by <br />SDG&E, followed by filing records of survey with the county surveyor. <br />Qualcomm Stadium Expansion <br />CITY OF SAN DIEGO I SAN DIEGO, CA <br />Project Surveyor. Mr. Golding served as Project Surveyor for topographic <br />survey of Qualcomm Stadium and surrounding parking lot and facilities. Set <br />and tied pre -marks to California Coordinate System and to existing stadium <br />control geometry. He provided additional survey data from field shots on <br />V 5 columns, walls and seating levels. <br />
