He has prepared and managed a variety of environmental documents, including Initial <br />Studies/Mitigated Negative Declarations (IS/MNDs), Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), Environmental <br />Impact Statements (EISs), Environmental Assessments (EAs), and Findings of No Significant Impact <br />(FONSIs), including Addendum CEQA/NEPA documentation. Tasks include the preparation <br />of CEQA documents, review of applications for completeness, preparation of initial study checklists, <br />evaluation of environmental setting and impacts, and the preparation or review of all technical studies <br />associated with the environmental documents as required. <br />Environmental Permitting and CEQA Document Processing Services, Multiple Counties — Golden <br />State Water Company. CEQA Task Manager. Provided CEQA analysis and document preparation to assist <br />the GSWC with environmental permitting for water supply and other projects throughout GSWC's service <br />areas. The State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water, served as lead agency for most <br />of the projects. Project types included new and replacement of water tanks, water supply wells, and <br />treatment plants. <br />On -Call Environmental Services Contract, Riverside County — Riverside County Flood Control and <br />Water Conservation District. CEQA Task Manager for on -call environmental services to the Riverside <br />County Flood Control & Water Conservation District (District). <br />Program EIR for the Sanitation Master Plan Update, Riverside and Imperial Counties — Coachella <br />Valley Water District as a Sub to CDM Smith. Project Manager. The Master Plan provides a <br />comprehensive capital improvement program (CIP) consisting of recommendations to refurbish existing <br />assets, optimize operations, and satisfy projected capacity needs of all sanitation facilities (collection <br />system including gravity pipelines, force mains, lift stations, and the five water reclamation plants [WRPsi) <br />in a phased program to be implemented in five-year implementation phases between 2020 to 2045. <br />
