<br />Phil has experience managing engineering design of various public works
<br />projects, including flood control facilities, roadways, bridges, and bicycle
<br />and pedestrian pathways. For more than 30 years, he was an employee
<br />of Orange County Public Works (OCPW) in the Design, Construction, and
<br />Operations & Maintenance Divisions, and OCFCD. As the manager of the
<br />General Maintenance Division, Phil oversaw the maintenance and
<br />operation of the OCFCD's regional dams, pump stations, and water
<br />diversion facilities.

<br />design experience in wastewater treatment process, public utilities, and
<br />domestic utilities. In addition to engineering design, Michael has worked
<br />on numerous hydraulic modelling projects for water and recycled water
<br />distribution systems, as well as sewer collection systems. He also has
<br />experience working on environmental compliance projects, such as
<br />industrial wastewater discharge permitting and NPDES inspections.
<br />Michael has worked with the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering,
<br />Irvine Company, Irvine Ranch Water District, Orange County Water
<br />District, Genentech, Brea Canon Oil Co, and various municipalities and
