provided herein without the express written consent of the registered owner of this Bond, or <br /> (2) pennit the creation by the Authority of any pledge of the Revenues superior to or on a <br /> parity with the pledge created by the Indenture for the benefit of the Bonds, (3) increase the <br /> aggregate amount of Bonds issued under the Indenture above the value of the Leased <br /> Property or (4) modify any rights or obligations of the Trustee without its prior written <br /> assent thereto, all as more fully set forth in the Indenture. <br /> If the Authority shall pay or cause to be pr there shall otherwise be paid <br /> to the registered owners of all outstanding Bonds the i-4- thereon, the principal thereof <br /> and the redemption premiums, if any, thereon at I ti , t and in the manner stipulated <br /> herein and in the Indenture, then the register •w'.: s of such Bonds shall cease to be <br /> entitled to the pledge of the Revenues as dia <br /> , in the Indenture, and all agreements, <br /> covenants and other obligations of the Au ty to the registered owners of such Bonds <br /> under the Indenture shall thereupon cease, terminate and become void and be discharged and <br /> satisfied. <br /> This Bond shall not be entitled to any benefit, protection or security under the <br /> Indenture or become valid or obligatory for any purpose until the certificate of authentication <br /> and registration hereon endorsed shall have been manually executed and dated by the <br /> Trustee. <br /> It is hereby certified that all acts and proceedings required by law necessary to <br /> make this Bond, when executed by the Authority, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee <br /> and duly issued, the valid, binding and legal limited obligation of the Authority have been <br /> done and taken, and have been in all respects duly authorized. <br /> LAI-70347.1 5 <br />
