obligation was incurred. Such payments shall be made from the Project Account created for the <br /> Member making such request. At the Written Request of a Member filed at any time with the <br /> Trustee, the Trustee shall close the Project Account allocable to such Member and shall transfer <br /> all amounts therein to the Bond Fund as a credit to the Lease Payments to be made by such <br /> Member. <br /> Section 3.05. Validity of Bonds. The validity of the authorization and issuance of the <br /> Bonds is not dependent on and shall not be affected in any way by any proceedings taken by <br /> the Authority or the Trustee with respect to or in connection with the Lease Agreements. The <br /> recital contained in the Bonds that the same are issued pursuant to the Constitution and laws <br /> of the State shall be conclusive evidence of their validity and of compliance with the provisions <br /> of law in their issuance. <br /> -18- <br />
