Community Benefits Plan <br />1. Local hiring: Goal is 100% local, minimum 25% <br />2. Local ownership: Currently 75% of Green Grose Green Leafe Care, Inc owners live in <br />Irvine, Ca <br />3. Sustainable business practices: <br />a. Gym membership <br />Green Rose Green Leaf Care understands that a healthy work force is a positive attribute to <br />both the company's success and the workers well-being. In effort to encourage a healthy <br />lifestyle we will provide free gym memberships to all employees to stay fit. We are also <br />working with a yoga instructor and a meditation leader for group sessions during the <br />workday to minimize stress and help strengthen the immune systems of our employees. <br />b. Paid sick leave <br />Our company sick leave policy outlines our company's provisions for employees who <br />become sick and need to be absent from work. Due to COVID-19 we are giving emergency <br />paid leave to those that are affected along with their regularly paid sick time. <br />When employees want to use their sick time, they should notify their supervisor as soon as <br />possible either through email or phone. They should also inform the supervisor for how long <br />they'll be absent (if possible) or report daily for every day of sick leave. <br />c. Local charitable donations: We are willing to donate $30,000 annually to local <br />charity. <br />d. Public transportation reimbursement program for employees - <br />All employees will be encouraged to carpool and utilize public transportation to and <br />from work. The employees will receive full reimbursement for expenses incurred <br />utilizing public transportation. <br />e. Green building practices - <br />The company will be installing solar as soon as practicable. We will follow the <br />best practices for al I potential green practices. <br />4. Youth program and youth education donations (Kidworks, etc.) As a company we like to give <br />back to our community. Here are a few things we have contributed to over the years. <br />a. We donated backpacks to Whitney elementary for back to school in Las Vegas <br />b. Food donation to Salvation Army in Santa Ana <br />c. Local hearts foundation turkey drive in Long Beach <br />
