DISCUSS THE ORANGE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT COMMISSIONER'S <br />ORDER TO RELEASE INDIVIDUALS WITH PRIOR SEXUAL ASSAULT <br />CONVICTIONS EARLY AND INTO THE COMMUNITY <br />MOTION: Discuss the Orange County Superior Court commissioner's order to <br />release individuals with prior sexual assault convictions early and into the <br />community and provide direction to staff. <br />Motion to approve Mayor Pulido, on behalf of the Council, present a formal complaint <br />letter to the Presiding Judge overseeing Commissioner Dane, file a copy with the <br />Commission on Judicial Conduct, and reach out to the Orange County Mayors to <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 13 MAY 5, 2020 <br />
