Mayor Pulido opened the public hearing at 7:18 p.m. <br />10011(.T OT,i "HTMINI <br />Luis Sarmiento spoke regarding the inclusion of Community Land Trust, in the five-year <br />consolidated plan. <br />Fausto Ramirez spoke regarding rent increase. <br />Nathaniel Greensides spoke regarding the benefits of positive development in areas of <br />the city that are deficient and requests that the plan ensure direct involvement by the <br />residents that are directly being impacted. <br />Seeing no one else wishing to speak Mayor Pulido closed the public hearing at 7:24 p.m. <br />Motion to Approve 1. Approve the 2020-2024 Five -Year Consolidated Plan, 2020-2021 <br />Annual Action Plan, and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice.2.
