Carvalho <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Daisy Gomez <br />Pursuant to Section 6 ("Term") of the Legal Services Agreement (Agreement No. A-2017-140) entered into <br />by Jones & Mayer and the City of Santa Ana, dated June 14, 2017, the Agreement can be extended by a <br />writing executed by both parties, including the City Manager and City Attorney. The Term of said <br />Agreement is hereby extended to May 1-82021.
