SPECIAL PRESENTATION Wireless Telecommunication Facilities – <br />Background and Permitting Guidelines - Public Works Agency <br /> <br />Executive Director of Public Works Agency Nabil Saba provided a brief presentation. <br /> <br />Council provided direction to staff. <br /> <br />Budget Work Study Session considered after the special presentation on Wireless <br />Telecommunication Facilities. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT - The City Attorney will report items to be added to Consent <br />Calendar Item 19A from the Closed Session meeting. <br /> <br />None, Closed Session was canceled. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />MOTION: Approve staff recommendations on the following Consent Calendar items: <br />Items 10A through 55A with the exception of items: 19E, 20B, 20C, 20D, 23A, and 25C. <br />Councilmember Solorio dissented on item 25E.
