Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2020-178 - Recognizing $252,300 in <br />Highway Safety Improvement Program grant funds into the Federal Aid <br />Safety Program, Federal Grant-Indirect revenue account, and appropriate the <br />same amount into the Public Services Street Safety Projects, Improvements <br />Other Than Building expenditure account. <br /> <br />2. Authorize reallocation of $62,482 in unspent Measure M2 Local Fairshare <br />funds from the Bike Lane Project Development Projects to the Euclid Street at <br />Hazard Avenue Traffic Signal Modification Project, to complete the project’s <br />funding requirement. <br /> <br />3.
