Proposed New Misoelleneous Fees FY 2020-21 <br />CONTINUE - Public Works Agency <br />4. Annual Small Cell Compliance Inspection & Program Oversiaht Fee <br />Existing Fee: None <br />Proposed Fee: $258.71 <br />This is a partial labor cost recoveryfee for the newly instituted small cell antenna program. It <br />includes cost recovery for yearly inspections of the small cell antennas on City facilities and <br />the administrative functions required to carry out that task. <br />5. Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Construction Permit Deposit <br />Existing Fee: None <br />Proposed Fee: $349.19 + up to 8.75% of Contract Amount <br />A fee (deposit) will be charged to issue a Construction Permit to contractors before starting <br />work on a City Capital Improvement Program project. The fee is to cover the cost of the City <br />to perform administration of the City's Construction Workforce Agreement (CWA). <br />The actual and final fee will be calculated and reconciled with the amount on deposit after <br />completion of each construction project, and the contractor will be refunded any unused <br />amount on deposit, or Contractor shall pay the City the any amount due. <br />The final fee shall be based on the cost of city staff time or a consultant to administrate the <br />CWA for each corresponding project. Staff time will be on approved hourly cost recovery rates. <br />Consultant costs shall be based on actual time billed against each project at approved <br />consultant rates. <br />75A�32-82 <br />
