An ongoing tracking of the specific uses and expenditures of any program <br />funds broken out by uses listed below, including the current status of those <br />funds: <br />a. Diversion <br />b. Prevention <br />c. Shelter <br />d. Services and infection control <br />e. Other <br />2, Any additional information that Agency requests. <br />In addition to the reports, Agency may require supplemental reporting with written <br />notice to the City of Santa Ana. <br />5. Expenditure Deadline <br />Pursuant to Assembly Bill 74, Statutes of 2019, Chapter 23 (Budget Act of 2019) <br />SEC. 1.80, funds shall be encumbered by June 30, 2020. <br />
