The Executive Officer <br /> shall notify the grantee of the designation in writing. <br /> AMENDMENT <br /> Except as expressly provided in this agreement,no changes in this agreement shall be valid <br /> unless made in writing and signed by the parties to the agreement. No oral understanding or <br /> agreement not incorporated in this agreement shall be binding on any of the parties. <br /> LOCUS <br /> This agreement is deemed to be entered into in the County of Alameda. <br />
