EXHIBIT C <br />• Dependabilty-maximizing your time in the workplace <br />• Respectability — thriving in a multi -generational workplace <br />• Suitability -fitting into the culture of the workplace <br />• Transitionability-making a smooth job transition <br />• Workability -realities & expectations in today's workplace <br />• Writeability-written communication in the workplace <br />Weeks 7 and 8 <br />Customer Service Training <br />Working Wardrobes will train at least 80 participants through our Customer Service training. <br />This training provides 20 hours of classroom instruction on customer service skills (with a <br />curriculum developed in collaboration with the National Retail Federation) and culminating in a <br />proctored skills exam leading to a professional certification in Customer Service and Sales that <br />strengthens clients' ability to secure employment in a wide range of service occupations. <br />Certification testing will be made available post release. <br />Case Management —One-on-one appointments with a dedicated career navigator to oversee all <br />aspects of the individualized employment plan, determine workforce readiness, identify <br />supportive service needs, and schedule regular check -ins with workforce development staff. <br />Throughout the eight weeks and up until release Working Wardrobes Career Navigators will <br />meet with participants to address their post release needs and barriers. <br />Post -Release Services <br />Career Navigators will continue regular case management appointments with participants during <br />post -release services. Participants will have the opportunity to receive on -site services at <br />Working Wardrobes, the City of Santa Ana WORK Center and other participating collaborative <br />agencies. The below services will be made available at Working Wardrobes. <br />One on One Appointments — individualized consultations with a member of our Career <br />Development (CD) Team to complete assessments, develop a resume, and identify successful job <br />search methods. <br />Individualized Employment Plan (IEP) — Clients work one-on-one with our job coaches to <br />address job and transferable skills, career goals, and training needs. A fully executable action <br />plan will be developed and put into place with ongoing support throughout the process. This is <br />developed in partnership with the case manager. <br />25E-16 <br />
