RA <br />Work Hours: On average youth will work between 9-29 hours a <br />week. Below are the maximum hours the youth may complete. These <br />numbers are more conservative than California labor laws for youth <br />17 and under because we do not authorize overtime for any WEX <br />youth. <br />_ Ages 16-17 Ayes 18+ <br />Maximum hours 29 hours a week, but not over: 29 hours <br />when school in . 4 hours a day Monday- Thursday <br />session . 8 hours a day Friday -Sunday and <br />holidays <br />Timecards and Sign -in Sheets: Worksite will have a binder on -site <br />where WEX youth will sign in and out. In order for the timesheets to <br />be valid, youth must have the supervisor initial every shift. <br />Youth will then complete timesheets accurately, daily and sign them. <br />25B-171 <br />
