("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a <br />N charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of <br />ti the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The Parties entered into Agreement A-2018-158, dated June 19, 2018, (said "Agreement"), for <br />Consultant to provide parking control enforcement services for the City; <br />B. The term of said Agreement is for two years, from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2020, with <br />an option for three (3) one (1) year renewals. The Agreement is currently in effect. <br />C. Shortly after the Agreement had been approved by the City Council, Consultant requested for <br />revisions to the Agreement to reflect terms and conditions provided in RFP 18-033. City staff <br />agreed selected terms and conditions should be amended, removed or added to the Agreement. <br />The Parties now wish to amend said Agreement to reflect these revisions. <br />THE PARTIES THEREFORE AGREE THE LANGUAGE BELOW WILL REMOVE <br />AND REPLACE THE PREVIOUS MATCHING SECTIONS IN AGREEMENT A-2018- <br />158: <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />a. Consultant shall perform during the term of <br />including all labor, materials, tools, equipment, <br />to fully and adequately complete the services <br />attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br />4.
