M <br />"'�.�A...OtA ' <br />At the end of every pay -period, youth must turn in sign -in sheets and <br />signed timesheets to the Program Coordinator. If the youth is unable <br />to collect sign -in sheets, PROJECT KINSHIP staff may retrieve the sign - <br />in sheets from the worksite. <br />Paycheck Information: Youth will be paid biweekly to correspond <br />with Charitable Venture of Orange County (CVOC)/Project Kinship <br />payroll dates. <br />Duration and Length of WEX Activity: <br />Based on the availability and needs of WEX youth work experience <br />should be a minimum of 6 weeks and not exceed 12 weeks or 350 <br />hours unless approved by Program Coordinator. <br />The staff of Santa Ana Workforce Development Board may approve <br />WEX waivers of the 350-hour limitation policy. Waiver requests must <br />be submitted in writing. Youth may not exceed the 350-hour limit <br />prior to the date of waiver approval. <br />Rate of Pay and Payment: <br />During WEX youth will receive $13.00 per hour up to 29 hours a week <br />for up to 12 weeks of work experience. Youth will be compensated at <br />minimum the California minimum wage for every hour worked. <br />Time Frame <br />California Minimum Wage <br />January 1- December 31, 2020 <br />$13.00/ Hour <br />January 1- December 31, 2020 <br />$14.00/ Hour <br />
