Sec. 2-453. - Meetings. <br />The youth commission shall meet at dates and times set forth in the bVlaws. held at <br />The bylaws .eapproved . - City Council. <br />Sec. 2-454-2-455. Reserved. <br />Sec. 2-456. - Organization. <br />The commission shall elect from its members a chairperson and vice chairperson, each <br />of whom shall serve in such position for the term of one (1) year.
