HIM labor and voluntarily entered into an agreement for limited elements of the project. <br />PLEGACp However, the union component alone on Sunflower is costing the project an additional <br />RTNE$1.2M+, which I believe warrants further consideration for the $5 per square foot flat fee. <br />Rental <br />Real Estate <br />In addition to union jobs, local jobs, we are implementing a Responsible Contractor <br />Property Program on the project as required by our JV Partner. The Responsible Contractor <br />Management <br />Program promotes contractors and subcontractors providing fair wages and training, in <br />Marketing addition to Minority Owned and Women Owned Businesses.
