However, coverage for any such organization <br />will cease, as of the date, during the policy period. that you no longer maintain ownership <br />of, or majority interest in, such organization. <br />2. WHO IS AN INSURED (Section 11) Item 4.a. is deleted and replaced by the following: <br />a. Coverage under this provision is afforded only until the 180th day after you acquire or <br />form the organization or the end of the policy period, whichever is earlier, unless <br />reported in carding to us Wthin 180 days. <br />3. This Provision A. does not apply to any person or organization for which coverage is <br />excluded by endorsement. <br />B.
