CA 92703 <br />33-0741412 <br />• Total rent payments received between January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019: <br />$ 1,141,525M <br />Total rent payments received between January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020. <br />$ 1,173,806 <br />• Difference in Revenue / Rent between 2019 to 2020 (Subtract 2020 from 2019): <br />_($+532.181.00 ) = Revenue Loss or Rent Loss due to the Coronavirus <br />Please Note: The community has not experienced a loss of rent revenue when comparing 2020 and 2019 <br />because of the property's lower occupancy rate in 2019 (95.5%) in comparison to 2020 (97.7%). <br />However, we had anticipated higher rental revenue based on the market conditions and 2019 rental <br />increases. We were not impacted from January through March as the State of Emergency did not come <br />into play after the majority of income had been collected for the month of March. Between April and <br />June, we have lost $24,164. This loss will continue to grow as we stay in this state of Emergency. <br />This program is supported with Federal funding. According to Title 18, Section <br />1001 of the U.S. Code, it is a felony for any person to knowingly and willingly <br />make false or fraudulent statement to any department of the United States <br />Government.
