Carvalho <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Daisy Gomez <br />Pursuant to Section 1.2 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2017-288 ("Agreement"), entered into by <br />Legacy Inmate Communications and the City of Santa Ana, dated August 15, 2017, the term of the <br />Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period from November 1, 2020 through <br />October 31, 2021. Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this <br />extension. <br />The City, by operation of this extension letter, and pursuant to Section 5.N. ("Assignment") hereby <br />notifies Legacy of the City's written consent for assignment of this Agreement with Jail Education <br />Services, Inc. dba Edovo pursuant to the acquisition of Legacy Long Distance International, Inc.
