The firm was established in 1992, has been in business for 27 years, and has 30 employees. Services on this assignment will be provided by staff from the Pasadena office. Our firm is one of the pioneers in helping owners with the management and enforcement of CWAs and local hiring programs -often for agencies Implementing their first such programs. We bring the technical expertise to manage the details of these programs along with a genuine focus on the stakeholders and people served by them. The Solis Group (TSG) is a proven CWA Coordinator with track record of demonstrable success in administering Community Workforce Agreements (CWA) and achieving local hire program goals for public agencies like the City of Santa Ana.
