Proposal to Provide <br />L_at,_r a Community Workforce Agreement Professional Administrative Services <br />Mid -Coast Corridor Constructo rs/SANDAG, Mid -Coast Corridor Transit Project, San Diego, CA: <br />Analyst. TSG is a key CM/GC team member on this $1.76 project, serving as Labor Compliance <br />Officer. Assists the TSG Project Manager in ensuring that the CM/GC team remains in <br />compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Also monitors and audits <br />contractor compliancewith applicable prevailing wage requirements, organizes project data, <br />and assists in preparing monthly progress reports to the team and SANDAG. <br />Griffith Construction/LACDPW, Devil's Gate Dam and Reservoir Sediment Removal Project, <br />Los Angeles County, CA: Jobs Coordinator. Key team member on this $662M project, assisting <br />the Griffith Construction team in meeting all targeted hire and related program goals in <br />accordance with County requirements. Responsible for monitoring and auditing contractor <br />compliance with applicable prevailing wage and local hire requirements, organizing project <br />data, and assisting in preparing monthly progress reports to the team. <br />Mountain View School District, Measure SS Facilities Bond Construction and Modernization <br />Program, El Monte, CA:Analyst. Responsible for performing daily tasks associated with PLA, <br />local hire, and LCP administration. TSG serves as the lead PLA and Labor Compliance Program <br />Administrator for this $148M construction bond program, including assisting the District in <br />meeting all bond funding requirements. TSG is providing services for a half -dozen simultaneous <br />school projects, in addition to providing on -call support to the District. <br />Fremont Unified School District, Bond Construction and Modernization Program, Fremont, <br />CA:Analyst. Responsible for performing daily tasks associated with PLA, local hire, and LCP <br />administration. TSG assisted the District in negotiating PLAfor its $650M bond program. The <br />challenge was building consensus among contractors, local unions, and the District in defining <br />rules that ensured no project would be interrupted due to labor issues. With the PLA <br />successfully negotiated, TSG is performing PLA administration. <br />Santa Ana Unified School District, Measure I Local School Improvement Bond Measure, Santa <br />Ana, CA:Analyst. Responsible for performing daily tasks associated with PLA, local hire, and LCP <br />administration. This $232M construction and modernization program has five simultaneous <br />school projects and utilizes bond funding. <br />Asusa Unified School District, Bond Construction and Modernization Program, Azusa, CA: <br />Analyst. Responsible for performing dailytasks associated with PLA, local hire, and LCP <br />administration for this $92M program involving bond funding. <br />Cerritos Community College District, Bond Construction and Modernization Program, Cerritos, <br />CA:Analyst.
