UNITED STATES LIABILITY INSURANCE GROUP <br />WAYNE, PENNSYLVANIA <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />SPECIFIED PROFESSIONS PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />Professional Services Limitation <br />It is agreed: <br />Professional Services does not mean: <br />1. Management services of any kind; <br />2. Services of any kind provided by any Insured in the capacity of Employee, director, <br />officer, partner or member of any Client. <br />Client means any entity, organization or individual for whom any Insured provides <br />Professional Services. <br />Management means authority of any Insured to exercise executive, administrative or <br />supervisory direction or control for any entity other than the Named Insured or its <br />Subsidiary. <br />"Employee" means any natural person whose labor or service is engaged by and directed by <br />any Insured while performing duties related to the conduct of the Insured's business and <br />includes leased, part-time, seasonal and temporary workers, volunteers and interns. <br />"Employee" does not include independent contractors. <br />All other terms and conditions of this policy remain unchanged.
