5. If the Named Insured requests a change in the terms or conditions or risks covered <br />by the Policy within sixty (60) days of the end of the Policy Period. <br />6. If the Company has made a written offer to the Named Insured, at least sixty (60) <br />days but not less than one hundred twenty (120) days, before the expiration or <br />anniversary date, to renew the Policy under changed terms or conditions or at an <br />increased premium rate, when the increase exceeds twenty-five percent (25%). <br />All other terms and conditions of this Policy remain unchanged.
