ANTICIPATED APPROACH <br />We are committed to completing your projects on schedule <br />and within budget. The following is a brief description of our <br />general approach to meet your project goals and objectives. <br />Project Management Activities <br />We will provide the required project management activities, <br />including the following: <br />• Project schedule <br />• Meetings <br />• Coordination time <br />Status reports <br />Submittal requirements, including QA/QC <br />Roger will oversee and confirm the project management <br />activities are completed successfully through the following <br />responsibilities: <br />• Efficiently initiating the project and take a proactive role <br />• Coordinating all aspects of the work plan <br />• Providing deliverables on schedule <br />• Facilitating communications with you and other agencies <br />Providing advisory services as needed <br />Project manager, Roger, will be the focal point for internal <br />and external facilitation, serving as a link between you and <br />our team members. He will appropriate, assign, and direct <br />the required resources to complete the project. <br />Preview of Submittal Meetings <br />We will conduct a preview submittal meeting when the <br />plans are submitted. At the preview submittal meetings <br />we will walk you through the submittal contents providing <br />explanations or clarifications for specific areas where your <br />input or decision is to be made before moving on to the next <br />phase.
