Kohan <br />Environmental and Regulations/Compliance <br />Kevin coordinates major land development projects <br />through the administrative review process at local, <br />state, and federal levels for both public agency <br />and private sector clients. He manages inter- <br />disciplinary teams of regulatory compliance experts, <br />planners, landscape architects, biologists, wetlands <br />specialists, and mitigation monitors. Kevin has <br />consulted on numerous endangered species Section <br />7 assignments —including coordinating a team of <br />water engineers on implementing reclaimed water <br />usage in Castaic, California. His clear understanding <br />of state water issues and associated environmental <br />policies has resulted in successfully working with <br />the Riverside County Habitat Conservation Agency - <br />Endangered Species.
