He has supervised <br />departments of 15-30 production personnel using <br />state-of-the-art photogrammetric equipment and <br />techniques to complete large -area, high -accuracy <br />projects for public agencies. <br />Ramon is a licensed Land Surveyor in California. He <br />is also an ASPRS-certified photogrammetrist and <br />served for three years as Regional Director, ASPRS <br />Southwest Region.
