The fee proposal shall be submitted concurrently with the technical proposal, but in a separately sealed envelope, clearly labeled as "Fee Proposal." This shall include the firm's Standard Hourly Fee Schedule, a table outlining the tasks and team hourly effort for each of the major tasks, and a Project Fee Schedule as outlined in the Scope of Work. The fee proposal will not be opened until the proposals have been evaluated by the proposal selection committee. The City will select the consultant based on qualifications, and then negotiate a contract price based on available funding. 4.
