Marcel Bodsky, RA <br />Architectural <br />Mr. Bodsky has over 30 years' design experience with a variety of <br />building types and clients. His experience designing multi -building <br />facilities is extensive; his designs for public works infrastructure <br />include rail and bus transit facilities, parking garages and maintenance <br />facilities. His experience covers all phases of project development, <br />including planning, programming, design, and construction. Mr. <br />Bodsky's expertise in managing contracts, dealing with contract <br />issues and delivering on projects ranges from multiple on -call work <br />order contracts. <br />On Call Architectural/Engineering Services, Port of Seattle, WA, <br />Mr. Bodsky is Contract Manager and Project Manager for the A/E on <br />call for the Port of Seattle. To date task orders have included structural <br />evaluation of the existing custom window wall in the SeaTac food court, <br />Evaluation of fall protection systems at existing port properties, and <br />evaluation of existing port managed and owned elevators and escalators. <br />Pattison Transit Base Expansion for Intercity Transit, Olympia, WA, <br />Project Manager for the first phase of the base expansion which outlined <br />doubling of base size and capacity. Estimated project construction cost is <br />$20 Million. The total Project window is 25 years, with a total estimated <br />project cost pf $75 million. The design includes architectural, structural, <br />mechanical and electrical modifications to the first and second floors of <br />the maintenance building and the operations area of the administration <br />building. The design also includes development of a portion of the north <br />parcel adjacent to Pattison Base to include expanded parking, new site <br />circulation, new fuel and wash facilities with associated underground fuel <br />tanks, Pattison Street and Martin Way street improvements and new site <br />paving, stormwater, landscaping and utility improvements. The project is <br />currently at 30% level of completion. <br />(Design/Build) Pacific Northwest Maintenance and Welfare <br />Facilities, AMTRAK, Seattle, WA, 2010-2012 Design Manager <br />and architect for a design build partnership with PCL construction to <br />construct (2) 60,000 SF buildings; an administrative and warehouse <br />facility (Welfare Building) and a Maintenance facility for the Talgo, <br />Cascade and Amtrak lines for Amtrak. The Maintenance building <br />provides wheel truing, wheel changing and general maintenance facilities <br />for Amtrak and Talgo trains at the Holgate yard just south of Safeco field. <br />The four-story Welfare Building provides administrative offices as well <br />as high bay storage of inventory.
